ArtisanCut Cutting Board
This edge grain cutting board was made in our San Francisco Bay Area Workshop. Each board is carefully handcrafted with exotics Purpleheart and African Mahogany, as well as domestics Cherry and Hickory. Subtle roundovers make this board easy to handle in any kitchen. All of our boards are meant to be reversible, hence the footless design. As an added touch, we sand our ArtisanCut boards to 320 grit, to give it a polished texture. Every board is soaked in Food Safe Mineral Oil to season and then sealed with our Cutting Board Conditioner. Though it was designed for slicing, cutting and chopping, the board's beauty makes it a natural for charcuterie display. As every tree is naturally different, each board will have a delicate difference.
